The oldest human creation that has mattered to me was the invention of writing. It first started out with cuneiform, which was the first form of written language. Language has evolved a great deal since then, into the many forms of written language that we have today. If writing had never, developed, I have no idea where I would be now. Actually, I do know that I would not be sitting here writing this right now. We also could never send private messages ; they might need to be relayed verbally through messengers. Also, Learning would be very difficult. Students would just be lectured, and could not even take notes. Also, we would not have the many wonderful books we have today, including history books. We could not learn about old useful inventions or battle tactics. To today's youth, writing is very important. Many people enjoy texting, which does include the use of a written language. Writing is overall very important to everyone in the world and our entire world would not be nearly as ceveloped as we are today without it.
